• We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable Delivery Manager to coordinate and ensure the smooth execution of strategic and operational activities across the Data Tribe and Innovation department. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring transparency, alignment, and high-quality delivery of initiatives, including those related to AI Enablement and Data Transformation. The successful candidate will serve as a central coordination point, connecting team leaders, senior management, external vendors, and RBI Group stakeholders.
• Key Responsibilities:
•Strategic Coordination & Planning:
• Coordinate delivery streams across Data Tribe and Innovation initiatives, aligning efforts with quarterly planning cycles.
• Ensure consistent reporting to Tribe Leads and senior management on delivery status, risks, and dependencies.
• Support implementation of strategic initiatives, including AI Enablement, across technical and business teams.
• Cross-Stakeholder Communication:
• Act as a communication bridge between business, IT, and external vendors, including RBI HO and external delivery partners.
• Provide status updates and risk escalations to senior stakeholders in a timely, structured, and solution-oriented manner.
• Translate complex delivery topics into clear, concise updates for different stakeholder groups.
• Governance & Compliance Alignment:
• Ensure all deliveries comply with internal governance (e.g. CAB, IT Security, testing frameworks).
• Coordinate integration and non-integration deliveries, including DR, performance, and penetration tests.
• Guarantee readiness for deployment, including documentation, operational acceptance, and post-implementation support.⠀
• Resource & Delivery Management:
• Collaborate with Team Leaders and Scrum Masters to allocate IT resources across squads.
• Track progress against delivery milestones and proactively resolve roadblocks.
• Manage the delivery lifecycle from development through testing to production deployment.

Ponúkaný plat
Starting salary depends on the candidate's experience and is subject to a partnership agreement during the selection process. The minimum starting salary for a candidate begins at €2700 gross for a full-time position.

Aký je ideálny kandidát?
• Proven experience managing cross-functional delivery teams, ideally within a banking or regulated environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery, IT integration, and innovation-led project management.
• Experience with coordinating external vendors and working within group-level governance structures.
• Soft Skills:
• Exceptional communication skills – able to extract and clarify insights even from reticent or introverted colleagues.
• High adaptability – ready to flex between strategic planning and tactical firefighting.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving mindset, with creativity in ambiguous or evolving contexts.
• Additional Assets:
• Familiarity with AI-related initiatives and data-driven project delivery.
• Experience working in or coordinating with international or group-level (e.g. RBI HO) structures.
• Willingness to work occasionally outside of regular hours (e.g., deployments).
